Experiental Group Workshop for only Women
Thanks to Shinui, between February and March, a counseling group is being offered on the theme of relationships, eterosexual and not only.
It is dedicated to women who want to explore relationships, without necessarily being in a couple, where the relationship (and also the ways of entering into a relationship) becomes a true mirror of oneself, to observe, know oneself and enter into an evolutionary process, bringing new dynamics to the relationship and/or new ways of entering into relationships.
Three sessions to deepen one’s stories, recognize oneself’s fears, needs, and desires, discovering and experiencing alternative ways to be and/or enter into a loving relationship, freeing oneself from old patterns.
First meeting: Fusion – Abandonment
Second meeting: Trust – Betrayal
Third meeting: Intimacy
The meetings will be experiential workshops based on integrated Gestalt-bioenergetic therapy where we will start from the body to explore and experience ourselves in relating to others, then move to the cognitive level and finally how to integrate this into daily life.
Workshop structure:
3 weekday evening meetings of 3 hours each in a group of 6 to maximum 10 participants.
Time: 8.00 pm – 10.00pm

Target participants:
Anyone interested in working on themselves through the mirroring of relationships, with the intention of experiencing an evolutionary and transformative process.
Being in a relationship is not necessary!
Attendance at all three appointments is required – desire to create a group of women who walk together and support each other in exploring these themes.

The cost of the entire course is 150€+VAT (183€).
